How Gina works

Where Gina lives, what it connects to, what it remembers, and how you approve.

Hands marking a date on an October calendar, with a Gina message offering to hold an open date for a party.

Quick answer

Gina lives in your team's Slack or console, connects to your email, calendar, CRM, e-signature and payment tools, and keeps a memory of every client. It runs routines (inquiry checks, follow-ups, weekly lists), drafts the work, and waits for you to approve it. It runs on the agent you already have.

Runs on the agent you already have

Gina connects to the tools your business already uses.

Your agent account connects to Gina. Email, calendar and documents show as connected. CRM, e-signature, payments and phones show as on request, with more tools on request. Small print: works with Claude today, more coming.

One memory of your business

Your whole team builds it; every client is remembered.

Nothing goes out without you

Roles decide who approves.

Week one

Connections set up, the first routine running, the first drafts in your inbox.

Routines around the clock

Checks, digests and reports run on a schedule and hand the results to you.

A 24-hour dial runs from Sunday night into Monday morning. Follow-ups are watched every 15 minutes, overnight research runs, the morning digest is ready at 5:00, the Monday weekly report lands, and confirmations are drafted at 8:00 for your approval.

Nothing goes out without your yes

Every draft arrives waiting for you. Approve, edit or skip.

A drafted proposal for the Morgan wedding arrives marked waiting on you. Approve is pressed, a check lands and the card shows Sent. A second draft, a follow-up to the Ellis anniversary party, is edited first to change next week to Thursday, then approved and sent.

You approve everything

Nothing goes live without your yes.

Every reply, proposal and deposit link waits in one list. Approve it, edit it or leave it. Gina never sends on its own.
