Gina + QuickBooks
If you keep your books in QuickBooks, Gina can work with it once we switch the connection on for your account. You sign in yourself.
Status: On request. QuickBooks isn't switched on by default. If you use it, we connect it with you during setup and check it works before you rely on it.
Quick answer
With QuickBooks connected, Gina can draft an invoice from the client details it already has and keep an eye on what is overdue. Nothing sends or posts to your books without your yes.
What connecting QuickBooks looks like.
- Invoicing without re-typingGina drafts an invoice from the details already in your pipeline, client name, event date, package, so you're not copying them in by hand.
- Overdue payments, trackedGina can flag invoices that are past due and draft the follow-up, so a payment doesn't slip because the week got busy.
- One place for the numbersAsk Gina what's outstanding or what came in this month, and it reads straight from QuickBooks instead of a spreadsheet copy.
What we can say today.
This describes what the connection is designed to do. We have not yet switched it on for a named event or wedding business, so ask us on a call before you plan around it.
